Each initial audit on a building practitioner is charged at $399. Continuous monitoring of a building practitioner is charged at $59 per month per entity (less than $2/day). Monthly monitoring is charged 1-month in advance and can be cancelled at any time.

The Client is building a new home in Brighton, Victoria with the expected building to be constructed within 12-months. The client has received three quotes from building practitioners to complete the works. The Client engages Contract Admin Pro to complete an audit on all 3 prospective building practitioners. Upon selection of a preferred building practitioner, the client wishes to monitor the building practitioner until the completion of the construction works (estimated 12-months)

Total Cost = $1,197.00 + 708.00 = $1,905.00 including GST.
Pricing Example 2
The Client is completing a bathroom renovation in Kew, Victoria. The works are expected to take 2-months to complete, however, will not start for 4-months. A single quotation has been received for the works. The client wishes to audit the building practitioner prior to the construction works commencing (4-months) and during the construction period (2-months), or a total period of 6-months.

Within 72-hours of the audit request clients can expect the following:
A phone consultation (up to 30-mins);
A digital report with findings; and,
Supplementary documentation generated through audit process, e.g. ASIC notices, Court Action details, copy of Building License and restrictions, etc.
Where clients have selected on-going monitoring you will also receive email updates regarding changes in the building practitioner’s audit status, e.g. likelihood of bankruptcy within the next 12-months, appointment or removal of a director, mercantile inquiries.

Information investigated through the comprehensive audit on your builder practitioner includes:
- Reviewing proposed Contracting Entity details;
- Determining Directors and shareholders (including full name, date of birth, age, place of birth, address, current and previous office holdings);
